Chicken Shine — Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. General Policy

All sales at Chicken Shine are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong product ordered, or buyer regret.

Because our products are chemical cleaners and finishers, once packaging is opened or the seal is broken, we cannot accept returns for safety and quality-control reasons.

2. Damaged or Under-filled Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit (such as broken/leaking packaging) or appears significantly under-filled, please report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

To submit a claim, include:

  1. Your order number

  2. Photos of the product and shipping box clearly showing the issue

  3. A brief description of the problem

  • A partial refund or discount, or

  • A replacement item at no additional cost (when possible)

3. What Is Not Covered

We cannot provide refunds, exchanges, or replacements for:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products

  • Damage caused by misuse or not following product instructions

  • Issues unrelated to shipping or manufacturing (e.g., dissatisfaction with scent or performance)

4. Submitting a Claim — Step by Step

  1. Contact us within 7 days

  2. Provide required details and photos

  3. We review and confirm the eligibility

  4. We issue your discount, refund, or replacement (if approved)

5. Safety & Responsibility Notice

Chicken Shine products are chemical-based and should only be used according to instructions on the label. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper application or storage.
